Processing & Shipping

Shipping Options

We know you’re excited to receive your ESP Apparel. Choose from the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Priority Shipping – $9.95 | Delivery in 3–7 business days

  • Free Shipping – On all U.S. orders over $75

Processing Time

Please allow 48 to 72 hours for us to process your order (excluding weekends and national holidays). This processing time is separate from shipping time.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Lost or Misplaced Packages

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it is beyond our control. If your order is marked as delivered but not received, or is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you have two options:

  • Store Credit Refund – You'll receive store credit for your order, excluding original shipping charges.

  • One-Time Reshipment – We’ll reship your order to the correct address once, free of charge. If the item is returned again, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.


Returns & Exchanges Made Easy

Return Eligibility

Not what you expected? No worries.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with original tags and packaging included.

Return Label

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of your delivery date.

Note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Return Outcome

All approved returns are eligible for store credit only, which can be used toward an exchange or future purchase.


First-Time Grace Policy

If this is your first purchase, you’re eligible for a one-time full refund if your return is initiated within the 14-day window.
After your first purchase, our standard store credit policy will apply.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and not eligible for refund or store credit:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items returned worn, washed, damaged, or returned after the 14-day window

Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. If a return is sent that does not meet the conditions above, the item will be returned to you at your expense.


Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at espclothingllc@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will make it right.

  • We’ll send you a prepaid return label, and you may choose store credit or an exchange.

  • If the new item is less expensive, the difference will be issued as store credit.

  • If the new item is more expensive, we’ll send you an invoice to cover the difference.


Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and aligned with what you wear. If your item doesn’t fit quite right or you’d prefer something else, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition—only tried on briefly, with tags attached.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Begin your exchange by [clicking here].

  2. You’ll receive a prepaid return label by email.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your exchange.

  • If the item you want is out of stock, you’ll receive store credit for the original item’s value.

  • If the new item is less expensive, you’ll receive store credit for the difference.

  • If the new item is more expensive, we’ll email you an invoice for the price difference before shipping.

Please note: We cannot process exchanges for final sale, custom, or otherwise non-returnable items.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds (Where Applicable)

If your return qualifies for a refund (as outlined in our First-Time Grace Policy), you’ll be notified once it’s been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
